Pickup / Drop-Off Area

Pickup / Drop-Off is at back of the house can be accessed through the alleyway. Your items will be placed outside for you to pickup. And you can drop-off items at the same spot. 

  • Customer pickup and drop off times:
    Mon-Fri : 9:00am-5:00pm

    Standard deliveries:
    9:00pm-5:00pm Mon-Sun
    (If you require a custom delivery time please mention during the Checkout / booking process or contact us and we will be happy to oblige)


    We’re a home-run business and do not maintain regular office hours.

    We are available by phone Mon-Sun 9:00am-5:00pm. If we are not available when you call please leave us a message! We will get back to you at our earliest convenience.

  • Ensure your vehicle meets these requirements for a smooth pickup experience:

    • Adequate Vehicle Size: Make sure your vehicle can accommodate the rentals.
    • Transport Safety: Secure items with proper straps, tarps, and blankets.

  • Keep the transport area clean and be aware of additional charges:

    • Please Use: To prevent damage during transport, we recommend bringing ratchet straps, moving blankets and tarps when picking up rental items. Proper padding and coverage will help ensure your items stay safe and in great condition.
    • Avoid: Using Ratchet Straps on Plastic Folding Tables. Ratchet Straps will damage the soft plastic of the folding tables. (We know from experience) Instead put plastic folding tables inside your vehicle
    • Cleanliness: Important to avoid rental damage.
    • Additional Charges: Ratchet Straps: $5.50 each, Tarps: $10.00 each, Moving Blankets: $3.00 each.

  • ​​​Inspection Upon Arrival - We encourage you to inspect all items upon arrival. If you spot any damage before your event, please take pictures and call us

    Call or text Andre at (715) 491-3330 If we are not available leave a message. We'll get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

  • ​For the safety and cleanliness of your rentals:

    • Please Use: To prevent damage during transport, we recommend bringing ratchet straps, moving blankets and tarps when picking up rental items. Proper padding and coverage will help ensure your items stay safe and in great condition.
    • Avoid Open Trailers: Using open trailers, especially on dirt roads, exposes rentals to dust and dirt. If that is not an option consider using a trap to cover rentals. 
    • Avoid: Using Ratchet Straps on Plastic Folding Tables. Ratchet Straps will damage the soft plastic of the folding tables. (We know from experience) Instead put plastic folding tables inside your vehicle
    • Cleaning Charges: Any rentals returned dirty due to negligence or use of an open trailer will incur a cleaning fee. Please consider covered transportation options to avoid additional charges.

  • ​Timeliness and Loading Procedures

    • Select Your Pickup Time:
      When selecting your rental date range, please enter the exact date and time you plan to pick up and drop off your items. We’ll have everything ready and placed in the designated pickup area behind the house for your convenience.
    • Vehicle Positioning:
      When you arrive, please park your vehicle in the designated pickup area behind the house. Do not block the alleyway for extended periods—quick and courteous loading helps keep things running smoothly for everyone.
    • Self-Loading: You are responsible for loading and securing your rentals. For liability reasons, we do not secure loads into your vehicle.

  • Weather Considerations, Plan for the pickup according to the weather:

    • Rain: Bring waterproof covers or tarps to protect sensitive items like wood tables.
    • Wind: Secure items well to prevent them from being blown around during transportation

    • Running Late: No problem, pickup anytime that day. Items will be place outside for your pickup before your selected pickup time.
    • Rescheduling: No problem, call or text Andre at (715) 491-3330 to let us know what day you want to pickup your rentals.

  • ​For Cancellation and Rescheduling Please Inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule and we will get it all sorted out for you.
