Selecting a Rental Date Range

1. Select your "Rental Date Range" at the top of any product page. this Date range is the time that you will be renting the product for.

2. Customer Pickup - Make sure to select a date range that gives you time to pickup rentals and set them up before your event, and also take them down then store them in the way your received them before returning them. 

3. Delivery - If you decide to add "Delivery" to your rentals (you can add Delivery when viewing your cart) Make sure to select a Rental Date Range that gives 2 days before your event starts to allow time for delivery. delivery's will be made Within your Rental Date Range. 1-2 days after the start of your Rental Date Range. Time of delivery depends on delivery drivers schedule. Delivery's within Eau Claire are a flat fee of $200.00

4. Delivery + Exact Time - If you need your Delivery at an Exact Time (day and hour) (you can add Delivery + Exact Time when viewing your cart) for a flat fee of $375.00 (within Eau Claire).

5. Pickup - Pickup is included with delivery, pickups are made 1-2 days after your event but still within your rental period. Items are expected to be ready for pickup upon arrival (this means chairs stacked, Tables folded up and stacked, and tents packaged back up. All Items are expected to be ready to pickup how we dropped them off. 

6. Assembly & Disassembly - This means we will setup rentals for you and disassemble them after your event. This is an option when selecting delivery packages (you can add when viewing your cart).

How rentals Are Charged

All rentals are charged at 5 day increments. This means at 1-5 days the base price stays the same but if you select 6-11 days the price is doubled, and if you select 12-17 days its tripled and so on.

Remember if you are picking up items yourself we offer straps, tarps and moving blankets to help keep your rentals safe from damage.

Checking Out

1. Before Checking out view your cart and select you rental pickup/delivery method. 

( IF NO OPTION IS SELECTED IT WILL DEFUALT TO CUSTOMER PICKUP).

2. Select "Checkout" fill in the following information:

- Full Name (first and last name)

- Email (Where we send receipts/updates and customer pickup instructions)

- Phone number (So we can call you to let you know when delivery's are expected and another needed communication)  

- Event Start Date (The day your event is happening - So we can make sure we get you your rentals before your event and adjust our schedules)

- Address, Delivery Address (If Delivery was selected - So we know where to deliver your rentals too)

- Exact time delivery (If Delivery + Exact time was selected - To let us know when you want your rentals delivered)

-addition comments (Help accommodate your delivery driver - Add notes about drop-off locations, parking areas, or any requests you might have)

- Agree to the Terms and agreements.

3. Fill out payment information and Pay.

After Checking Out

1. After payment is processed, you can select the "Back to website" button.  

2. You will receive an email with your receipt from: [email protected] and at the bottom of this email is the  pickup instructions, if you paid for Delivery these instructions can be ignored.

Customer Pickup/ Delivery of Rentals

Delivery's -

Delivery's will be made 1-2 days after the start of your Rental Date Range. Time of delivery depends on delivery drivers schedule.

We will call the number on file to notify you the day before your delivery, as well as day of prior to delivering to notify you when we plan to arrive.

Your items will be delivered to the location on file the day and time you selected.

9:00pm-5:00pm Mon-Sat

Customer Pickup - Your rentals will be available for pickup on the first day of your rental period. We’ll have everything ready and placed in the designated pickup area behind the house for your convenience.

Vehicle Positioning:
When you arrive, please park your vehicle in the designated pickup area behind the house. Do not block the alleyway for extended periods—quick and courteous loading helps keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Self-Loading: You are responsible for loading and securing your rentals. For liability reasons, we do not secure loads on your vehicle.

Pickup / Drop-Off Area

Customer Return Rentals

Delivery Pickup - 

Pickup is included with delivery, pickups are made 1-2 days after your event but still within your rental period. Items are expected to be ready for pickup upon arrival (this means chairs stacked, Tables folded up and stacked, and tents packaged back up. All Items are expected to be ready to pickup how we dropped them off.

Customer Drop-off -

Items can be left in the drop-off area located behind the house. And we apricate if you send us a text at (715) 491-3330 when you've finished unloading letting us know. And your rental period will be marked completed and returned. We Appricate your business!
